This is just a little note to say how impressed we are with how things went in relation to our premises in Coventry. The Risk Assessments and Action Plans are very comprehensive, yet the content remains thorough and easy to follow. This makes things simple and straightforward for us. We’re also very pleased with the professional service that Liz gave, being courteous and thorough but without trying to confuse us with too much technical jargon and legal terms!
